after realignment, the 3rd partial on my frankentuba went from 20 cents flat to less than 15 cents flat. Unfortunately, it's not a Holton 345.
I would consider the experiment of using 45SLP leadpipe on your Holton to be a experiment that couldn't hurt and is undoable.
