Wow! That's lots of parts! Your best bet will be to find a 'parts horn'. The top and bottom caps and finger buttons are the east part... costing only about $100 for the lot in raw brass (used may be less). I don't think the slides are available as assemblies so they will have to be fabricated from crooks and tubing. Parts alone for the slides could run as much as $200. Labor to build and fit them will cost more. Needless to say, all the slides will be raw brass and then will have to be lacquered or plated. Maybe someone with a parts horn will respond with better news.

I have to ask... do you have these parts and just want to add some 'bling bling' to your horn by adding refinished or gold-plated ones?... or are the parts missing altogether?
