The BBS looks decent. However, I prefer the tree view you get with the current software. I tend to dip in and out of conversations and look for certain people's posts, and the current software lets me do that more easily. I understand that the newer software is easier to manage and has some more features, but most are of marginal use to me personally since I don't want to post pictures of myself or include a signature block. I have a little background with this stuff since I've been using network BBoards since the old USENET days, and I find the current software pretty clean and simple. Your the admin, however, so it's your call.
