I bought a 186 last May, and I have been very happy with it. I use it for orchestra,quintet, and solo. I think Bobo used to use a 186 when he was with LA. I bought mine used for $3500. It came with a good case. It is about 14 years old, and it still plays great and is still in great shape. I would highly recomend thsi horn to anyone.
