Actually, if you already know Eb BC fingering, reading Bb TC on a Bb instrument is easy. Add 3 flats and read as BC, but use the Eb fingerings. (e.g., what looks like a 4th line TC concert D transmogrifies to a 4th line BC F, which on Eb is valve 1. Sounds as concert C on a Bb horn). I know it sounds complicated, but it's not really.
