I just posted earlier about Anderson Silver Plating in Elkhart, Indiana. They offer sandblasting prior to (and in conjunction with) silver plating and they also offer the bright gold bell interior jobs. (Their gold is 24K - pure - which looks a little orangier that the old-timey 18K or less gold wash jobs.) Their sandblasting used to look a little coarser than the old '20's, '30's, '40's factory jobs, but still nice. I don't know if they have changed their sandblast appearance. They will also leave any area of the instrument "bright" that you do not want sandblasted (satin).

Their very nice foreman/general manager is Mr. Terry Vantine. (219) 294-6447, I think (I hope)
