My name is Lars Holmgaard and I am prinsipal tubist with the Royal Danish Orchestra.
I made Blackbird back i 1988 for my diploma at The Royal Acadamy of music in Copenhagen. I think I have made 25 versions since, and made the final version i 1995 for a recording with Royal Danish Brass ( CD called Brassability).
