Having just checked out Joe's web site, I am pretty certain that the old 3H that I play on is quite different from the new H3. My mouthpiece is immense, with a very deep cup. I love playing on it, but am wondering if anyone makes anything just a little bit more cup shaped -- a hybrid between this large Helleberg style mouthpiece and my Bach 7.
Tell Joe I love his work. Wish I had the duckets to spend on his heavy model...
