' wouldn't know of any particular actual physical or cyber "place" to get it, though. There are a lot of interesting "12/16 tendency" (referring to "swing" rhythm) interpretations of the 2/4 sections of the first movement in that performance.
There used to be some old recording of him doing one of the Richard Strauss horn concertos. For some reason, I seem to recall that it was #2. I have no ideas about the availability of this one. I don't think that it was a "major release".
