And, let us all please remember, that conversations don't always go in the direction intended by the first speaker. The first speaker, after all, doesn't own the conversation. Sometimes these tangent turnings spark more interest for some than the original thread.
A thick skin is valuable for Internet conversations. Always assume the other guy means well. Every time I forget that simple principle, I regret it.
