That's a great suggestion, recording the ITEC & USABTEC performances. TUBA Press could offer these for a reasonable price (accounting for composer's royalties), and we'd all have a ready source of recordings of tuba rep. It'd be a great reference source, if nothing else. But I'll bet the performances would be great to listen to in any case, and usually some of the performances are of new or infrequently recorded works. With the website, you could locate the piece, order the cd it's on, and there you go. They don't even necessarily need to be studio-quality recordings, as long as it's decent and the price is right. Perhaps an option is to offer them as MP3's, and the purchaser could burn them onto cd themselves after downloading them online, if they have that ability.
