CC Cerveny "piggy" (changing soon...PT-20 most likely...) and Parke Ofenloch mouthpiece. Have other mouthpieces (Conn Helleberg, Perantucci, R&S, Bach and King galore), but the Parke is perfect for my horn and the work I do with it.
When I can afford an F, maybe I'll get one. First I have to go in debt for the new CC.
