If it's any help, my son's first reaction to these new "marching baritone"s was "oh...you mean marching baritones aren't ALL really, really stuffy?" - These are apparently much more free-blowing (everything else the same - player, mpc) than their previous field horns. If only they had an in-tune low Bb! (a moderately important note, no? and not really amenable to alternate fingering - or is it? Any suggestions?)
