And the results would not support the notion that big changes are possible. The change was subtle, and as I said early on, I'm not sure my perceptions are objective enough. In Matt's words, he was looking for a 1 or 2% change. I think he got more, but it's still subtle. How subtle? I'll have to record myself again to be sure, and that's gonna have to wait until I'm done with my next bout of travel.
