Go to www.altieribags.com and email Donna and ask her what to do. For the inside I'd suggest steam cleaning and then leave open to dry and with steam cleaning it will not take too long.
As to Tuxedo and Giardinelli, they are the same bags. www.humesandberg.com would get you to the manufacturer but I would not hold my breath as to how fast you will get an answer.
