Sorry, my e-mail is down cause I just moved.
The 182 is a very free blowing instrument for such a small horn. The low register can sound really nice when I work on it the way I should. I am just gettign used to the horn so i have a few intonation quircks especially since the harmonic series is higher and I have a hard time hearing it better. I have been getting better with th intonation though. I have played some other horns that I really like but this horn is a good little tin can. It wil produce a monster sound and it is very easy to get around on.
Good luck

Oh yeah, Gene pokorny owns one and its on his new CD BIG BOY. he listed the horns used on each track so if you get a copy of the CD you'll know what the horn is supposed to sound like when someone knows what they are doing with it...
