Actually, Gene plays third clarinet in a "Do it yourself Sousa Concert" in Mount Prospect. It's a one day shot.
If we get a lot of tuba players to show up just to hear him on the clarinet, he might be intimdated. Considering his wife (an oboe player) plays tuba for this, there is a real side show going on.
I plan on being there with a double bell euphonium - any other takers?
