I have a Model 164 BBb Alex. I have been using it with the orchestra. I think it is an EXCELLENT instrument. I also have an OLD Kaiser BBb that I WANTED to use for mahler 3, but I couldn't get used to the BBb fingerings in time. I ended up using the Yorkbrunner. Both of the Alexs are for sale, by the way. $5500 (with gig bag) for the new BBb, $3500 for the Kaiser (with hard case & gig bag).
