Lead is relatively unaffected by most all acids. To the point its used to line acid baths. Solder is lead and tin.

Hydrochloric acid is good for eating copper based alloys, and not quite as hard on the environs as sulfuric and nitric. And its commonly available in gallons in hardware stores (also know as muriatic acid) for cleaning lime from plumbing.
