The New 2341 is not officially on the market yet. Some are in production as prototype / test /whatever models, but price, etc still hasn't been officially announced. They are probably also (this is just a guess) holding back until there's a UMI labeled woodshell case to offer with it, since these are gonna be sold to a lot of schools.
The new Conn CC's (the near cousin to the new 2341) are typically user-owned horns: a clunky plywood case isn't a hot issue there.
Watch for the ads to change w/in the year.
