In Song and wind jacobs calls this segmentation of the embouchure. Now, I donīt remember what his cure for this problem was, but several of my students have or had this , too. What I frequently found to be of considerable halp was to get better focus on the pitch first for the ear and then consequently for the lips. It usually happens when you kind of drift out of the center of the pitch.. So, maybe try to hold this burble and watch it, to find out in what diraction your played pitch is moving. Upwards or downwards. Next check you intonation with a tuner and by playing scales straight or in small intervalls with ample use of cresc/decresc, keeping the intonation rught on the spot...
