Despite the qualities of the 1967 B&H, if in good order, it might be a too heavy instrument for a young student.
For about the same amount as mentioned you can get a new Weril, which might be a better idea for a younger player.
As for the value of the instrument in question:
The reserve has been met. Are there any reasons for going much higher?
