What it is worth depends on its actual state of repair.
An instrument of that age may not be equiped ball and socket links in both end over the lever arms. It even might have S-links with double roller links to the paddle arm. Works fine when new, but tends to get noisy when worn.
A good repairman can fix that, but will have to do that quite often.
