I've just graduated from high school, and earlier this month i won a concerto competition and won $250. I wanted to invest this money back into tuba playing, so I would like to know which cd's/ or method books you guys would recommend. I went to the other site; recommended recordings and books, but I don't want buy everything there. Could you guys suggest one or two cd's for listening pleasure, one or two cd's/book's for learning about the tuba, and about how to teach (arnold jacob book, or something like that), and one method book. About the method books, i heard the new arban tuba book works best with a cc tuba, so would getting the William Bell book be better? (I'm use to a BBb tuba)

I love reading all the interesting articles everyone puts on here everyday, and i look forward to reading your replies.

Thanks alot.
