A student composer at NEC, Stephen Sikorski, wrote an 8 minute work for me with oboe (my beautiful girlfriend, Megan), and vibraphone. We performed the work 3 times in April at NEC, and really enjoyed the experiences. We would definitely be interested in other works for tuba and oboe, and, of course, would love for others to experience the piece Stephen composed.
