Harvey Philips/Conn tubas

Hi,

I recall seeing an old advertisement(the 70's) for Conn tubas that featured Harvey Philips gazing at a tuba that was sitting in a chair. To the best of my knowledge Harvey was known for playing on Conn tubas. Can someone tell me which model he played?? Was it a standard horn to be playing at that time? Is it still a popular model??
