Anything by David Sampson, like "Distant Voices".
Eric Ewazen's Western Fanfare is great.
The Ewald quintets are gorgeous.
John Stevens' "Fabrics" or "Seasons".
The Koetsier (I think it's Koetsier) "Circus Music" is fun.
I really like the Cheatam "Scherzo", too.
There are several great transcriptions/arrangements out there, too. Look at anything Chuck Seipp has done, it'll be great. Sean Greene's page
