I bought the 2000 over the 2155 due to the playing characteristics, the weight of the horn, and the hand position.
If you play the two horns and don't find a huge difference in the two, then don't spend the money. I found a huge difference in the two, so was willing, and able, to spend the money. I have been very pleased with my purchase and have never looked back.
