I plan to have my exhibit open early Tuesday morning, and I expect that the other exhibitors will be open, too.
As far as a mouthpiece to take, I'd suggest bringing one that is really comfortable and familiar to you, as that will give you a good reference point. Then, you can compare different instruments and mouthpieces with less confusion.
