A Meinl-Weston Deck model valve section will work on the Conn 20J. The valve section would cost $2,000+, plus the cost of re-wrapping your horn and installing it, which also necessitates bending and installing a new leadpipe. I have a dent-free, Naked Lady upright bell that can be yours for $1,400. Be patient with the oiling process, and you will get the hang of threading those caps with one hand.
