I'd contact T.U.B.A. press and see if you could get some sort of listing from them of what they've put out since 1993. Best of luck! Let us know if you publish you list when it's done.. AFAIK, there are no planned updates to the Tuba Source Book, so whatever you end up throwing together could prove valuable to a lot of tubists.
