I can't say this will help but.........
Since taps is just partials, you could listen to the CD by a piano or with your horn, and find the starting note, and then go from there. Any variations that would be in the arrangement would then be easier to figure out, because you'd have the melody. Heck, you could improv over it and make your own arangement. Maybe.
