I do not know either of those works so I cannot help you with arrangemets. However, I did come up for a fairly reliable solution for when my quintet has been faced with the same situation. We by the sheet music for piano and make five copies. Then we divide up the parts (tuba on bass, trumpets on top and horn & bone in the middle) and we make a quick "fake-book" arrangement (we do this all with rehearsals. Would not want to leave something like that for sight-reading!). Anyway, it has worked well and the wedding parties have all been pleased with the outcome.
