California State University Stanislaus Symphony Band & Wind Ensemble will be playing at the turlock comunity auditorium.

i dont know what the wind ensemble is playing but we are playing as follows;
-Cenotaph (Jack Stamp)
-Air for Band (Erickson)
-2nd suite in F (Holst)
-Salvation Is Created (Tschesnokoff)
-Pas Redouble

if you're in the area come and watch the show. it starts (AT) 7 or 7.30 i cant seem to remember... i'll get back to you on that. Oh! and if you are still in the area the 23rd then stop by the Turlock High School PA building for my high school concert.

the high school one will be fun!

symphonic band:
*-Concertante for Alto Saxophone and Symphonic Band (Grundman)
*-Handel In The Strand (Grainger)
*-New Mexico March (Sousa)
*-Galop (Shostakovich)
-Folk Song Suite (Vaughan Williams)
-Elsa's Procession to the Cathedral (Wagner)
-Incantation and Dance (Chance)
-Kitten on the Keys (Confrey)
*=definately playing these pieces, the others i am not sure about.
Concert Band:
-Jupiter (Holst){chorale}
-Lament and Tribal Dances (Sweeney)
-Circus Days
-Cradlesong(Barton)
-I'm 17 Come Sunday

then at the end myself and another percussionist will be playing "100 years" a duet for timpani. it is soooo fun to play!

-in CSUS & the THS symphonic band i play tuba and in the THS concert band i play percussion.
i will update the info as i remember it. hope to see some of you.
