The Madsen: was reviewed in TUBA Journal Volume 9 #2(see if you can find someone who has it, I don't or I would put it here)
The Saglietti: Might check BIM website if they have one
Watson: can't find
Gregson: Gourlay liner notes-James Gourlay is in my opinion, the quintessential brass player. He makes the tuba sing like a cello at one moment and evokes primitive horn calls the next. These are the very qualities which I have tried to capture in my solo piece, Alarum, which I specially wrote for him and this recording. It is an extended virtuoso piece, lating around 8 minutes. The opening four-not call (the notes of which are taken from the letters of his name: A, E, S {E-flat}, G) is meant to evoke a primeval call to arms (hence the title). The piece is divided into three main sections which play continuosly. The second is lyrical, the third a lively dance leading back to the opening 'alarum'.-Edward Gregson
Hope this gives you a start! Play pretty!
