As I said, it isn't really a problem with the new horn like the old one. At least with this one, a simple pull of the first valve top slide empties it. That's a major improvement.
I think that piston horns are going to be more prone to having water accumulate in some slides because of the different routing. Most rotary valve horns have very similar slide tubing, that tends to all drain down towards the main tuning slide.
