I can relate. I recently sold an instrument on that auction site. The buyer wrote to me after receiving it to say that he wanted a partial refund because he couldn't sell it for more due to the condition, which was exactly as described and pictured! He admitted that what he paid was a reasonable retail value, but he wanted to pay wholesale so he could re-sell. I told him to take a hike.
