As I received one of these awhile back and gave it to another is a gift (in addition to a good look at some of these that Dr. Young took to a regional T.U.B.A. thing in Knoxville over 25 years ago), I can tell you that this is a super (dooper) deep funnel-shaped mouthpiece.
Due to the overall length of this mouthpiece, the main tuning slide probably will need a significant adjustment.
I don't know anyone who uses one...Perhaps Dr. Young uses one. He regularly posts on this forum, and surely will post here offering you more information.
