" Such details seem to cross the pond reluctantly."

Information, even in details, tends to end up, where it is wanted.

The

http://www.boosey.com/

is not the easiest one to navigate.

But if one manages to reach

http://www.boosey.com/Instruments/Startframe.htm

a few relations within that group will reveal themselves, only not that the case-maker apparently is the owning company.

If one further manages to reach

http://www.boosey.com/Instruments/News/FrameNews.htm

one can find information about the ownership of the new factory in Markneukirchen. Which shows some parallelism to the B&M ownership.

That last page address also leads to information about the location of the new Besson factory in the UK. which hardly hints towards a wholesale relocation to Germany of the brass production.

The real issue behind the relocation within the Greater London area is one of rising prices off properties close to Central London. There simply is a boost-of-capital in moving away from the center.
