I went down to Dillon before my senior year in hs, and I played the 2145 and 2155. I found that I had a much better sound on the 2155, and then I played multiple models of it to find just the right one. Depending on where you're located, I would suggest getting out and playing a few models before buying because my experience was that some play worlds better than others with both the 45 and the 55.
