Thanks to everyone who has contributed to this thread.
I have taken note of all the postings and I have also been to see my doctor.
When I asked my Doctor about their use, he simply asked me some very basic questions and immediatley filled out the script for 10mg tabs. He then went on to tell me that he keeps a pack in his Golf bag and uses them as it helps keep his hand steady.
I will test them and post my opinion.
The reason I asked the question was because of my experience with being nervous as a soloist over a period of 25years.
