In addition to Ft. Worth there is the Met Opera, Chicago Lyric Opera, San Francisco Opera, Columbus Symphony, North Carolina Symphony, Kennedy Center Orchestra
These groups all have minimum annual salaries that are higher than at least one of the 24 jobs you listed. Additionally there are several orchestras whose minimums within a few thousand dollars of some on your list, so it just depends on where you draw that line. Also, in some orchestras the tuba player makes considerably more than the minimum.
