I was a victim of one of these postings. I purchased and paid for a Conn 88H
trombone, which is listed in the link below, then received no email from the seller. I
contacted Detective Bergeson and found out that a search warrant had been served, the trombone was recovered, and that it was stolen. The seller later authorized a refund of
my purchase price, after I had initiated a claim with PayPal.
I suggested that Detective Bergeson check out Tubenet and the posting referenced below.
