I actually play on an HB-12 and wouldn't trade it for any other F-tuba. However, the opportunity to buy it used at a reasonable price (compared to new ones!) was a factor in making the purchase. Otherwise, I would have definitely gone for a MW-45SLP or B&S PT-16. Both are quality F-tubas.
