I do not think anyone in Louisville would mind what Cowen makes if the arts were really thriving in Louisville. One of the main problems comes in the blackout periods imposed on the memeber groups during the fundraising campaign of the Fund. But the biggy is none of the member groups can raise more than a 1000 dollars without it being channeled through the fund, thus losing percentages to Cowens cut and the expenses of the Fund.
This organization is slowly chocking the arts out of exisistence in Louisville and is the center of our current campaign.
