hook up with a seriously- connected teacher (even if you have to travel to see them weekly) practice like hell, manage your playing time well, and...buy a lottery ticket. Odds are even that one of the two will pay off - but if its no matter what the thing you have to do (though I wonder where reading tubenet fits into your dedication) then you'll have a real good time getting better and perhaps working. b.t.w. winning the lottery is over-rated
