Flonase Nasal Spray. I first used this about 3 or 4 years ago. I had severe spring time hay fever. The first year I used it for about 2 months with good results. Each year after, I have used it less and less. Now my hay fever seems to be much milder. I have only used the Flonase about 2 weeks this year.
