I've got both and I prefer the C4, although I'm not totally sure why. It feels better on my face and it seems to produce a richer sound. Some people prefer to have the C4 backbore enlarged.
I don't know what kind of tuba you are thinking of using it on, but I would also suggest that you consider trying the Miraphone Rose Solo. It's similar to the C4 with a slightly wider cup diameter and a much wider bore.
