I am selling my Hirbrunner HB2P, even though I would rather keep it.
Here are the reasons:
I now have a Meinl Weston 2000, and the HB2P plays quite differently.
I don't use it in the orchestra anymore, and rarely play it.
I just bought a nice F tuba with money that was earmarked for home improvements.
My wife keeps asking me if I am going to sell it.
I love this horn and want to keep it, as I have played it for 15 years, and feel as though it is a family member (NO, I am not selling my family!), but it is just not getting played.
$10,000 with gig bag, and I may sell a hard case, too.
