If you look back on the past Gronitz posts you'll see one I wrote in 2001 (I was not looking for a horn at that time) lauding the playing characteristics of the Gronitz. When I was ready to buy a new horn I bought a PCM (4/4) and you can read my post from March of this year. Two months after the fact, I cannot express how happy I am with this horn. I played a four-hour dixie gig, last night, and the time flew by, I was having such a great time playing that horn. I even got a call, this morning, from the Contractor to tell me how beautiful the horn sounded and wondering when I was auditioning for a symphony gig!

These are, in my estimation, incredible instruments. I've played the PCK and think it's on a par with the Yorkbrunner. Depending where the Euro is, in relation to the dollar, you'll probably spend between 8 and 9K.

Feel free to e-mail me if you need more.

Brent
